Robert Myers has a distinguished 30-year career in law enforcement, encompassing two different types of law enforcement environments. He spent two years serving in a ski area in Colorado, followed by 28 years in a gang-infested city in Southern California.

Throughout his tenure, Robert’s expertise was recognized, leading him to assume the role of a training officer within the department. As an investigator, he achieved notable convictions, contributing to the city’s efforts in combating crime. Notably, Robert played a vital role in a Special Operations/Anti-Crime Unit, collaborating extensively with various federal agencies to apprehend and prosecute numerous felony offenders. His dedication led him to identify and address human trafficking cases.

After concluding his law enforcement career, Robert established himself as a respected expert in cyber security. He has also lent his expertise internationally, as a consultant and trainer for the U.S. Department of Justice in Pakistan and the Balkans of Central Europe. In the Balkan region, particularly in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he facilitated the collaboration between SWAT teams and the military, fostering effective communication and sharing of specialized equipment to ensure successful operations.

Robert’s proficiency in adapting democratic policing training to the local environment was highly regarded. His contributions were further recognized when he assumed the role of Tactical Advisor to the Bosnian Federal Police (SIPA) SWAT, providing guidance and instruction to all SWAT teams on safe and proper operational techniques.

Additionally, Robert has authored numerous documents and conducted training seminars on critical issues such as human trafficking, domestic violence, and child abductions in the Balkan area. Robert continues to work diligently, offering his expertise in training individuals and law enforcement personnel in various aspects of crime prevention and response.
