With a distinguished career in law enforcement, Insalaco’s commitment to public service led him to found Guidant Systems in 2011, a cutting-edge technology aimed at revolutionizing communication and efficiency among officers. His innovative solutions quickly gained traction, earning trust and adoption from prestigious agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security and the Pentagon Force Protection Agency.
Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Insalaco has demonstrated his passion for societal change through his co-founding of the Curtis Leadership Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on empowering youth in underserved communities. Under his guidance, the foundation developed the “Innovation 4.0” curriculum, which equips young individuals with essential skills in STEM, collaboration, and business development.
